Mr. Ryoya Ishikawa won the 51st (Fall 2021) Young Scientist Award of the Japan Society of Applied Physics
Mr. Ryoya Ishikawa, a graduate student in the Department of Electronic Engineering, received the Japan Society of Applied Physics Award for Encouragement of Presentation for his research presentation “Anisotropy of Electron Mobility in 4H-SiC” at the 51st (Fall 2021) Japan Society of Applied Physics Conference in September 2021.
