Masahiro Hara received the ECSCRM 2020-2021 the Best Oral Presentation Award.

Masahiro Hara (Department of Electronics) attended 13th European Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials 2020-2021 (ECSCRM2020-2021)  and gave the presentation “Ideal Thermionic Field Emission and Field Emission Transport through Metal / Heavy-Doped SiC Schottky Barriers” . He received the Best Oral Presentation Award for it.
