At ICSCRM2024 (September 29-October 4) held in the U.S.A,Mr. Kyota Mikami (2nd year PhD student, Department of Electronic Engineering) received The John Palmour Best Student Paper Award for his paper “Doping-dependent fixed charges in SiC MOSFETs” at ICSCRM2024 held in the U.S. from September 29 to October 4, 2012.
