Professor Tsunenobu Kimoto receives SSDM Award
Professor Tsunenobu Kimoto received the 2025 SSDM Award for his paper “SiC Schottky Barrier Diodes with High Blocking Voltage of 1 kV,” presented at the 1993 International Conference on Solid State Devices and Materials (SSDM). The SSDM Award annually honors one paper presented at SSDM conferences over the past several decades that has had a significant impact on future generations. (Awarded September 16, 2025)
