Mr. Makiya Ishikawa received the 335th Presentation Encouragement Award from the Japan Society of Electrical Materials Technology.

Mr. Ryoya Ishikawa, a graduate student in the Department of Electronic Engineering, received the Encouragement Award for his presentation “Evaluation and Analysis of Anisotropy of Electron and Hole Mobility in SiC” at the 335th Young Scientists’ Research Presentation Meeting of the Japan Electric Materials Technology Council.
