Mr. Masahiro Hara won the Presentation Encouragement Award at the 330th Symposium on Electrical Materials and Technology.
Mr. Masahiro Hara, a graduate student in the Department of Electronic Engineering, received the Presentation Encouragement Award for his research presentation “Analysis of barrier height in highly doped SiC Schottky barrier diodes” at the 330th Young Scientists’ Meeting of the Electric Materials and Technology Society.
